Frequently Asked Questions

What is AI Leadership Studio?

A 12-month in-person mentorship program for people building toward AI leadership. Each month covers one operating standard — risk, governance, vendor evaluation, adoption, workforce planning — and you build your own playbook as you go.

Is this technical AI training?

No. This is about judgment and operating standards. We don't teach you how to build models. We cover how to evaluate vendors, set governance, scope projects, and make better decisions under uncertainty.

Who is this for?

Practitioners, managers, and future advisors building toward AI leadership — not people with an urgent mandate due next quarter. If you need answers in 90 days, this isn't the right fit. If you're investing in capability before you need it, it is.

Where are sessions held?

RTP / Triangle area, North Carolina. Exact venue details provided after registration.

When are sessions?

Monthly, after hours. Specific dates communicated to participants in advance.

Can I join mid-year?

Yes. Sessions are modular. Each month stands alone with no prerequisites. Join whenever you're ready.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions aren't recorded. Annual members may schedule up to two 30-minute catch-up calls per year — existing topic for that month only, no new content. Call must be scheduled before the month ends. This benefit is only available for annual members.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. Pay per session ($325) or pay for the year ($3,250). No recurring charges, no auto-billing, no cancellation process. You're in control.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Monthly session enrollment has no commitment — come when it fits. Annual guarantees your seat every month.

Is there a refund policy?

January session has a satisfaction guarantee — not a fit, tell me before you leave and get a full refund. After that, no refunds. Annual plans are non-refundable - but you can allow someone else to attend in your place. Contact us for details.

What do I actually leave with?

Your playbook — assessments, frameworks, checklists, and templates you build yourself during the program. Your artifacts, your IP.

Can my company pay for this?

Yes. Many participants use L&D budget. There's an "Ask Your Employer" letter on the main page you can use to make the case.

How is this different from a course?

Courses teach content. This transfers operating standards — how to actually think about AI decisions. You build artifacts, not take notes. You have access to mentorship, not just material.
